The GTE requirement – Student Visas
The Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement ensures that the student visa program is used as intended, by identifying applicants whose primary motive is to gain a quality education rather than other intentions.
Ministerial Direction 69 outlines the factors considered in assessing compliance with the GTE requirement.
Before submitting your Student Visa application, our team of migration experts will ensure your adherence to the GTE criteria, substantiated by a comprehensive Statement of Purpose (SOP).
